How to Register a Group for the Conference

We’re so excited to welcome groups to Gather & Grow, and we’ve got a special group discount just for you!

Groups of 3 or more are eligible for a flat rate of $360 per person (cabin lodging only) through September 1. After that, the group rate will increase to $400 per person. (Please note: Group rates cannot be combined with Early Bird discounts.)

That means your whole group gets the full conference experience — lodging, delicious kosher meals (with vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options), and inspiring programs — at a discounted rate.

Who is group registration for?
This option is ideal for synagogues, organizations, or communities that are registering and paying for multiple people at once. If you’re coordinating a group of individuals who want to room together but are each paying separately, it may be easier to register individually during the Early Bird window.

Here’s how it works:

  • Groups submit one payment up front (credit card preferred).
  • Once we receive it, we’ll send your group organizer a discount code.
  • Each group member uses that code to register individually and can choose optional lodging upgrades if they’d like.

Important Information:

  • Already registered but gathering others? We can count early registrants toward the group total—just email us. While we can’t retroactively refund or adjust a previously paid individual registration, we’re happy to offer the group rate to additional members once the full group payment is received.
  • Early Bird pricing cannot be combined with group discounts.
  • Spots are not held. Registration is first-come, first-served.
  • We can’t issue a group code until payment is received.

Please include a note with the names and email addresses of the people registering. Include the contact information of the person writing the check so we can send a receipt. We are unable to hold spots — access to the group discount begins once payment is received and processed.
